Gentleman Taxi and Chester Express Shuttle and Taxi provides transportation mainly in the Chester and Richmond area. The shuttle can accommodate persons who are ambulatory; if a wheelchair is involved, the person must be able to transfer from the wheelchair to the shuttle without assistance from the driver.
